I just wanted to say how professional and timely everyone was and it was a pleasure working with [SERVPRO] as always. I’m a liability and property adjuster and work with tons of remediation companies so there was a reason I called SERVPRO when I had issues of my own and wasn’t left disappointed. I’ll continue to rely on SERVPRO both professionally and personally.   

During a high wind/snow event I ended up with snow in my attic. I was unaware that I had a problem until warmer weather and water started leaking from the ceiling in several rooms of my relatively new home. After getting a quick recommendation and review search I called SERVPRO of CDA and am so glad I did. They were here within the hour and by the end of the day installed fans and dehumidifiers. They even placed HEPA filters in the rooms that I used frequently. Because of their quick response I feel that increased damage was avoided. My goal was to get someone to my house ASAP so I didn't feel I could mark "good value". I would highly recommend SERVPRO.

Wow! My wife called while I was at work and said the basement flooded. Water had gotten underneath LVP and a Bar area. The team was on scene in less than an hour and although we had the visible water cleaned up they pulled minimal moldings and placed equipment to dry everything out. 24 hours later everything was dry! Jeremikah, Brandan, Cody and Gavin were all professional, efficient and displayed excellent customer service! Will definitely recommend them to anyone that could use their services! A +

They came very quickly after I had water leakage in the master bathroom. Elliott was a nice young man who I frequently saw while they were monitoring the equipment being used to dry the walls and the floors. He was a polite young man and always kept us aware of what was going on. Brian is the "head" person. He always made sure to tell us what he was doing and keeping track of all that is going on. We still need the floor and the carpeting put back together. That will happen when the material arrives. They are scheduled to call me this coming Friday to see if everything we ordered has arrived and they will finish up the job. I feel confident that they will do what they said they were going to do at the time they said it. I love working with companies that are like that.

SERVPRO was contracted to remove mold and soaked insulation in my crawl space. The conditions were difficult, to say the least. They were incredibly diligent in doing the work. I was extremely impressed with their efforts and the results they achieved. 

Almost makes flooding your house worth it! After our bathroom flooded less than a week before Christmas, we were in a panic. We called SERVPRO and they were at our house in less than an hour. Not only did they save our carpets, they took their time to ensure we had no risk of any future mold and continued to monitor throughout the week. Their customer service is UNMATCHED anywhere I've been, in any industry. I don't usually leave reviews, but when service is this good, it needs to be shared. They saved our Christmas, including going well above and beyond what most companies would do. I can not recommend them highly enough.

 

  My house ice dammed this year causing my roof to leak. With one call, SERVPRO was there to help me deal with the water damage and get my house back to good. This is a great company with fantastic customer service and a passion for helping people. Although I hope this never happens again, I know who to call if it does. I had three floors of water damage and live 45 minutes out of town.  I couldn't believe how fast SERVPRO got to my residence.  I was very impressed with everyone and their professionalism.  They did such a good job, I would definitely recommend them.

I have used SERVPRO in the past for water damage to my home, so I called the Hayden location for my current water damage.  They left everything "perfect".  I will for sure call them again should I need help.  They all did a great job.
