* What does a Sanitizer do?

Sanitizers reduce pathogens to safe levels for occupants! (Fogging is a great example of this).

 * What does a Disinfectant do?

Disinfecting destroys microorganisms but does not destroy their spores. (After fogging, wipe down is considered disinfecting) 

* What does a Sterilizer do?

Sterilizers destroy microorganisms including their spores. (These are considered "STERILE environments") Most of what we do, is Sanitize and Disinfect.
